How long does approval take?
Approval usually takes 1 business day. Sarah verifies your licence and books your onboarding call.
How is product shipped?
Cold chain, to the clinic or directly to the patient, with storage and handling instructions in the box.
Do I choose the donor?
No. Our proprietary donor matching algorithm matches each patient to a donor from the baseline CM Bio report, and matching happens quickly once baseline results are in. Practitioners do not receive donor details, but our team is happy to discuss the match with you. We then manufacture the four bottles for that named patient.
Can my team have their own logins?
Yes. Approved clinics can add sub-accounts from the dashboard.
